Move

Marc and I planned to move into a roomy townhouse after our lease was up. We entertained the idea of moving down south after we watched a show on HGTV about a single mother with 3 small children moving to Atlanta. The show followed this mother as she looked for houses in the Atlanta area. The houses were absolutely gorgeous! I wondered how a single mother with 3 kids could afford a large house with a big backyard on one income? Long story short, we did our homework and checked out the real estate in Atlanta and saw just how affordable it is to live there.

As the months went by, we were excited about the move, then it'd turn to being apprehensive and we thought maybe we'd just stay here and make it work. Being pregnant I decided to look at houses in Pa., at the end it had me a lil' depressed. The houses were too small, too ugly, or it was waaay too over priced. And taxes are out of control! This made me think of Atlanta again. After seeing the houses, I knew for sure that we were going to make that move. No longer would I be wishy washy, I knew that moving would be the best thing for our baby.
We have definitely grown a bit, and will continue growing. (that's what life is all about:)
This is the website we've been looking at www.atlantahomeview.com. See the link below.

I'm really looking forward to seeing Atlanta in the spring. It might seem funny that I feel so strongly about moving there when I've never actually been there. The closest I've ever gotten to atlanta, is florida which was very nice. (besides that pesky hurricane!) I know I'm going to love Atlanta! I'm loving the idea of being in a the warmer climate. Goodbye snow and frosty weather! Whatever kind of "hot" atlanta has to offer, I say bring it on!
